News on Lordship Lane Estate

Dear Resident,

Drop- in event – New Homes at Lordship Lane - Saturday 27 November, 10.30am-12.30pm

As you may be aware, we are proposing to build new homes on the garage site next to Maxwell Court on the Lordship Lane Estate, as part of our commitment to providing more quality council homes across the borough.

We want to work closely with you to design and develop these new council homes, and ensure that there are plenty of opportunities for you to have your say. Please see questionnaire on our landscape proposals enclosed.

We are holding a resident drop in event on the corner of McLeod Court carpark and garages on Saturday 27 November from 10:30am – 12:30pm, as indicated on the map below:

At the event, we will update you on the emerging designs and proposed estate improvements, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide your feedback on our proposals.
